SHIPPING POLICY

Estimated delivery days are calculated from the date that your order has been shipped and also take order cutoff.

Some deliveries may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances (ie. customs clearance procedure or weather).

Please note that customs duties, taxes, surcharges, and any other additional import charges are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost therefore, these charges are the responsibilities of the buyer.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided once your payment is processed. From there, the process of your order will begin.

 

PROCESSING TIME:

Processing of your order includes checking, packaging, and mailing. After all these procedures, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Please note that it may take up to 1 - 4 business days to process your order. If you place your order after 11:45 am. Central Standard Time on Friday or during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

 

PAYMENT OF THE ORDER

All payments are in USD and will be billed at the time of your purchase. Paying in local currency means that your local bank handles the currency exchange.

 

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS:

Due to our warehouse location and product availability, your packages may be shipped separately when you have ordered multiple items. We do this to ensure that your items will get to you faster, hence you will have two or more tracking numbers.
