Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS:

To be eligible for a refund, you will have to send the item suitably and in its original packaging. You may contact us within 14 days period at the time you receive the package and we will try our best to help you. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Please note that we are unable to process any refunds for requests beyond 14 days period by the time that your order has been delivered, and we hope you understand.

EXCHANGE / REFUND REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS:

For any return or refund request, please follow these instructions carefully:

1. Take a photo of the item.
2. Explain the reason for your return.
3. Send an email with the subject line "Order #" your order number "request for replacement" to support.

Our support team will respond within one business day and instructions will be provided.

PRODUCT(S) RETURN:

Once your request has been approved, our support team will provide you with detailed information on where and how to return your order.

Keep in mind, return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. Orders must be sent back to our international warehouse located in China. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed immediately and sent to your bank account within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund, you may check with your bank first. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to post on your account, depending on your bank.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION REQUEST:

In accordance with the Cooling-Off Rule, customers can cancel their order 72 hours after purchase. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us within that time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that once that time frame has passed, we will be unable to modify or cancel your order since your order would have already been shipped.

However, upon reception of your order, you can always send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. Our team will always do its best to help you with your request.
